Sometimes a single-layer extrusion cannot meet your specifications for performance. Work with our extrusion experts to create a multi-layer solution that can optimize shaft performance. We can customize up to three layers in order to:

• Improve resistance to burst
• Create lower profiles with higher performance
• Achieve an atraumatic outer layer with tough inner layers
• Smooth the surface for additional radiopaque layers

In addition, Teleflex Medical OEM has the deep expertise and decades of experience to manufacture multi-layer balloons, high-pressure injection extrusions, and tubing for minimally invasive applications.
